Thanks JP. I actually found this presentation and the 7 C's to be more useful than ADDIE in many ways. It focuses a lot on the analysis part, and it's a lot more detailed but I think that is useful to ensure that there is little chance of leaving something important out.
I very much like the story board link- I have been looking for some way to do one, and this seems excellent- and not just because of the colours!! Going to go and try it now.
I also like the bar graph they use to analyse the amount of time spent on each activity. A good graphic way to decide about this.
